A telecommuting employee may need answers to questions they can’t find online or on the phone so they would need to turn to their manuals and books to help them figure out the solution.
Experts say that a small nap, one of about 15 or 20 minutes is ideal, as a powerful way to rejuvenate and reenergize oneself so having a daybed, small couch or futon in the home office would be a good idea. This would also be a place to take a break and enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink to unwind and read materials needed for the work ahead.
Furniture is a reflection of the person who chooses it, no matter what type it is, office furniture or household furniture. If a person chooses a great looking piece of furniture but finds it difficult to work with, then they probably are not going to be productive or organized.
